Chef Osvaldo
Chef Osvaldo was born and raised on the island of Sicily. From an early age, Chef Osvaldo gained a deep appreciation for his local tradition and the sea's role in their cuisine. Claiming his biggest influence to be his grandmother Popina's cooking, Chef Osvaldo honors her memory in every dish he crafts. For the past half decade, he has lived in Tel Aviv and brought that passion to the local scene. His Pizzeria has been heralded as "the best Sicilian pizza in Israel" by multiple publications. At Victor Dagim, the chef combines his expertise in Sicily's kitchen with our deep sourcing network to deliver a one-of-a-kind culinary experience.
